제가 해본 유일한 주식 외 투자입니다.

저는 친환경 투자 방법에 대한 호기심으로 태양열 에너지에 투자했고,
1백만 원을 1년 동안 맡겨 세전 수익률 13%를 얻었습니다.
흥미로운 점은 프로모션 기간이었는지 투자금을 예치했을 때 즉시 분배금을 받았다는 것입니다.

모햇은 건물의 빈 옥상과 지붕에 태양광 발전 장비를 설치하여 환경을 훼손하지 않고, 생성된 전기를 전력 회사에 판매하여 이윤을 창출합니다. 그들의 웹사이트에 게시된 기사를 기반으로 보면, 전기 생산량과 수익 모두 꾸준히 증가하는 것으로 보입니다.

저는 현재 투자금을 회수했습니다. 처음부터 이에 대해 불안함을 느꼈기 때문입니다. 원금을 보장하하는데 어떻게 세전 수익률을 13%로 제공할 수 있는지 이해할 수 없었습니다.  

모햇이 폰지사기라는 것은 아닙니다.
단지 원금이 보장되는 상품의 13% 수익률이 너무 높다고 느꼈을 뿐입니다.

그러나 환경오염을 회복할 수 있는 친환경 에너지는 달성해야 할 과제라고 믿습니다.
모햇이 그것의 시작이 될 수도 있습니다.

I invested in a solar energy project out of curiosity about environmentally friendly investment methods,
and entrusted 1 million won for one year, earning a pre-tax profit of 13%.

Interestingly, as soon as I deposited the investment during the promotional period, I received distribution income. Mohaet installs solar power equipment on empty rooftops and roofs of buildings without damaging the environment, selling the electricity generated to the power company for profit.

Based on articles posted on their website, it seems that both the electricity generation and profits are steadily increasing. I have now withdrawn my investment. The reason being, I felt uncertain about it from the beginning.I couldn't understand how they could guarantee the principal and offer a pre-tax profit of 13%.

It felt somewhat like a Ponzi scheme. This doesn't mean that Mohaet is a Ponzi scheme.
It's just that I felt the combination of principal guarantee and 13% profit rate was too high.

However,I believe that environmentally friendly energy, which can restore polluted environments,is a task that must be accomplished.

Mohaet could be the beginning of that.
